A fallen soldier falls in love with a paper dancer, but fate takes him away from him and puts him to the test.
I was born in Toulouse, in the south of France in 1993. I have always been passionate about drawing, animation and art in general. After obtaining a professional degree in applied art, mention graphic communication, I went to a school of Fine Arts (ESAP Tarbes). I was able to develop a practice of sculpture and ceramics and to obtain my diploma with honors. I then continued my studies at the University, animation cinema (ISCID Montauban) and more particularly in the technique of animation in volume. My first experience in this field was to work, in a small group, on the adaptation of a nursery rhyme ("Cerf, Cerf") in stop-motion. Then in another group work, I worked on the adaptation of a book for children ("The night in my bed", by Julien Roux), using the technique of the cut paper filmed under multiplane camera. I then realized, for my personal license project, a volume animation with puppets made of latex ("Mohawk"). Finally, as part of my master project, I adapted, in volume, the tale of Hans Christian Andersen, "the Stoic lead soldier". The figurines are deliberately not articulated, but give the illusion of movement thanks to the various vicissitudes of history. At the same time, I wrote a dissertation that takes into account the research and creation work done for this short film ("Coeur de Plomb", 2019). Currently, I am looking for work in the creation and realization of sets and accessories for animation in volume.
