"El teatro de la vida" collects the emotions and experiences of a group of young people who participated in a creative project that ended with the premiere of a play about mental health. Young people show in an intimate and emphatic way the process that has led them to fight against stigma, through this project.

The strong point is that it starts from a real experience, which was the collective creation for a week of a play among a group of 13 young people, with and without mental health disorders.
